 CEMS-2000 Continuous Emission Monitoring System

 

CEMS-2000 comprises gaseous contamination (SO2, NOX, O2, CO, CO2, HCl , HF and etc) monitoring subsystem, dust (fine particle) monitoring subsystem, gas parameters (flowrate, temperature, pressure, humidity and etc.) monitoring subsystem, data collection and disposal subsystem.
 
CEMS-2000 is the monitoring system meeting the gas monitoring demands. Basing on the experience on industry area of FPI, CEMS-2000 is widely used in fossil-fuel power plant, every kind of industry kilns or boilers, chemistry industry, steel-making factory, concrete industry, garbage incinerating factory, petroleum industry and etc.
CEMS-2000 adopts FPI’s own proprietary. Features and advantages of CEMS-2000:
High Reliability
²        Pretreatment sampling with high temperature jet injector makes gas stay high temperature both in analysis meter and jet injector. During the process no condensable water comes forth and no part will be corroded.
²        The whole system adopts holographic grating decomposition, array sense and contains no moving parts, thereby rising reliability.
²        The Laser Dust Monitor is designed incorporated and compact, therefore rising reliability,
Convenient and low cost maintenance
²        Sampling probe employs unique superposed aperture type filter, demonstrating good filtrating effect, high back flush efficiency and long probe maintenance period.
²        Sampling signals connect to epigyny computer via hub. The cabling of the system is compact, thereby maintaining conveniently.
²        The connection of light source, gas cell and spectrometer employs optical fiber. Each part has simple change and low cost.
²        The whole system contains no moving parts except magnetic valve, thereby rising reliability.
High Accuracy
²   Owing to hot wet method(120℃~200℃ is available) to measure SO2, inaccurate result led by condensable water’s absorption and sulfurous acid meter’s corroded can be avoided.
²   Gas analysis system adopts DOAS (Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy) technique to reduce the influence of water, dust and other factors to accuracy.
²   Laser Dust Monitor adopts in-situ laser scattering principle, demonstrating outstanding sensitivity, quick response, exact measurement and high reliability. Have self-adjust function.
Long-distance Monitoring and Diagnosis
²        Adopt GPRS technology, actualizing the long-distance monitoring, diagnosis and maintenance.
Multi-channel detecting
²        Multi-channel CEMS system is able to be collocated. Adopt “One drags two” or “One drags three”, monitoring the gas emission of two or more pollution sources synchronously.
