LGA-4500 Process Gas Laser Analysis System

LGA-4500 Process Gas Laser Analysis System (LGA-4500 for short) is specially designed for adverse environments with high temperature, pressure, dust density, and corrodibility. The process gas is measured in situ after simple pretreatment.
This manual provides a detailed explanation of system installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and etc. Meanwhile, the measurement principle, configuration and features of the systems are also clarified.
In addition, this manual is not only aimed at helping users to install and operate LGA-4500 properly, but also serves as a guideline for preventive maintenance, a useful handbook to help keep the system running reliably and continuously.
LGA-4500 adopts the unique DLAS technology to realize online measurement in the field, solving various problems led by traditional sample conditioning system, such as complicated structure, frequent maintenance, easy block and leak, high operation costs, and etc. Features and advantages of LGA-4500:
Bypass Configuration, High Accuracy, Low Drift
Employing DLAS technology, LGA-4500 uses laser diode as the light source, which features high stability and low noise. The instrument eliminates cross interference from other gases, as well as influences led by dust load and light source variations, demonstrating the characteristics of high accuracy, low drift, and outstanding sensitivity.
Online Measurement of Corrosive Gases under High Temperature
The system adopts non-contact measurement, and is competent for online gas detection under high temperature (<140℃). Gas cells made of 316L, Monel, or PTFE are available for corrosive gases monitoring.
Bypass System Installed in the Field, High Reliability, Quick Response
Owing to DLAS technology, the bypass system of LGA-4500 can be heated to 140℃. The whole system is installed near the duct/stack and contains no moving parts, thereby greatly shortening the response time but rising reliability.
System Explosion Proof, Temperature and Pressure Compensation
The instrument (bypass system is included) employs explosion proof design for hazardous area measurement. Temperature and pressure sensors are optional for automatic monitoring and correction of temperature and pressure variations, satisfying the needs of high accuracy measurement.
