OMA-3010 Cl2&HCl Analyzer

Instrument Appearance
OMA-3010 Cl2&HCl Analyzer is used to measure the concentration of HCl and Cl2 on the chlorin alkali.
OMA-3010 Cl2&HCl Analyzer can measure the Cl2 concentration that in the HCl pipeline. DCS will control the C2H2 valve when the analyzer measure the Cl2 is over the setting value, and then user can look over the Cl2 concentration to control the ratio of H2 and Cl2.
PVC Device
UV light from lamp-house pool into fiber and then are transmitted to the flowcell. After absorbed by measured gas in the flowcell, they are transmitted to spectrometervia fiber and decomposed via grating. And then optical signal is converted to electronic signal by array sensorand get the spectroscopy information.
The analyzer employs DOAS (Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy) to get the concentration of measured gas .

Start gas concentration alarm and instrument error alarm and gather the alarm information from exterior instrument, carrying through corresponding action. Alarm and error information can be reported via interfaces.
●Signal input and output
Gather the exterior binary signal and analog input and start corresponding action. The instrument information and control order are exported via binary signal and analog.
●Self test
Process the ability of self-testing the inner parts periodically.
●Control function
Measurement, calibration and error state are controlled to magnetic valve
